How this playlist stops the doomscroll
When you sit down to work, a voice in your head says, "You're behind. This is going to be hard." Doomscrolling makes the voice stop, but then you're not working anymore. The right music makes the voice stop too, but this time you're still working. That's the whole trick. The voice goes quiet, and the work is the only thing left.
The playlist opens with me guiding you into your first task. That's the clip above. Then the music takes over: no lyrics, no drops, nothing that asks for your attention.
About every half hour I come back for a short break, so you don't feel like you're working alone. Think of it like a classic radio show, but designed for focus.
And I make a new one every Monday, so the music never gets stale.
